• Constitution / registration certificate / government gazette or other founding document in terms of which the legal person is created;

OR if a constitution or founding document cannot be provided, then a declaration by all the mandated officials authorised to establish a business relationship on behalf of the entity, that there is no constitution or founding document.

• Proof of membership / registration of a professional body. Only applicable for professional partnerships incorporated in terms of section 30(2) of the Companies Act, 61 of 1973.

• A resolution/mandate authorising representative(s) to establish a business relationship or enter into a transaction on behalf of the legal person.
