OR Registration Certificate (form CoR 14.3) - Registration certificate for local company
OR Registration Certificate (form CoR 17.3) - Registration certificate of foreign company transferring registration to the Republic.

• Document(s) issued by the South African Revenue Services bearing the company's income tax and value added tax registration numbers. Only applicable if the company has been issued such numbers.

• A resolution/mandate authorising representative(s) to establish a business relationship or enter into a transaction on behalf of the company.

• FICA information and documents must be provided in respect of individual persons and non-individual persons that are connected to and / or who represent the Company. These "connected persons" are as follows:

  • the chief executive officer (CEO)
  • each authorised representative
  • each individual person and non-individual person holding 25% or more of the voting rights at a general meeting of the company

• Official document issued by an authority for recording the incorporation of companies of the country of incorporation of the foreign company, witnessing its incorporation and bearing its:-

  • registered name and number of incorporation;
  • the registered address where it is situated for purposes of its incorporation;

OR Certificate of Certificate (form CoR 20.2) - Registration Certificate of External Company
